At Connecticut East Dental Center, we’re proud to offer our SmileSavers In-House Dental Discount Plan, designed to make dental care more affordable for you and your family. With a low annual cost of $299, you’ll receive essential dental services for a whole year, including:
- 2 Complete Exams (comprehensive examination by a dentist)
- 2 Cleanings (routine preventive cleanings)
- All Necessary X-rays (including bitewing and panoramic X-rays if needed)
- Discount on Other Services:
- 20% off Basic Services (fillings, simple extractions, root canals, etc.)
- 30% off Major Services (crowns, bridges, surgical extractions, etc.)

Pricing
- Annual Flat Fee: $299 per year or $25/month
Terms and Conditions
- Coverage Period: The plan is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
- Exams and Cleanings: Includes two preventive cleanings and two complete exams per year. Additional cleanings or services will be charged at regular rates.
- X-rays: All necessary X-rays, including bitewings and panoramic X-rays, are included.
- Discount on Additional Services:
- 20% off basic restorative services (fillings, simple extractions, etc.).
- 30% off major restorative services (crowns, bridges, root canals, etc.).
- Non-Transferable: The plan is non-transferable and can only be used by the enrolled patient.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for unused services or early cancellations.
- Not Applicable with Other Offers: The SmileSavers plan cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Patients who are currently covered under a dental insurance plan are not eligible for membership (this is because of the contractual restrictions placed on you and us by the insurance plan). Membership fees do not apply for treatment originating from a Workers Compensation or Employer Liability Claim. Additionally, if you become eligible and begin participation with a traditional dental insurance plan during the time period, The Dental Care Club becomes null and void with no refund of fees.
